Mary Margaret Olohan is an American journalist and a senior reporter for The Daily Signal, a conservative media outlet owned and published by far-right think tank The Heritage Foundation. Americans aren't happy with this type of language [in support of transgender people], they're canceling their subscriptions and their trips [to Disney], and they're becoming increasingly frustrated with this kind of terminology ... We're seeing this translated across the country as parents kind of speak up [in this] parental rebellion against woke ideology.

Journalistic Work

In January of 2019, Olohan began contributing to The Daily Caller, a right-wing news outlet founded by former Fox News host Tucker Carlson and conservative political advisor Neil Patel known for running false stories and employing white supremacists. In October of 2021, Olohan left The Daily Caller to write for The Daily Signal, a conservative news website founded by right-wing blogger Robert Bluey and owned by anti-LGBTQ+ group The Heritage Foundation.
